Ventura is a mixed-use wood framed structure in the City Centre district of Abbotsford.   This building, the first in the renewal of Ventura Avenue, assumes an urban position on the street, setting the tone for future development.  The ground floor includes 2-storey loft units and a commercial space.  The street-front siting of the building created an opportunity for a bright south-facing amenity courtyard.
