In this project, located in the Murrayville neighbourhood of Langley, we relocated and re-purposed the original 1911 Belmont Superior School into six loft-styled residential units.  We worked with Donald Luxton & Associates to preserve the original structure and carefully integrate dormers to create functional floor plans.  The remainder of the site is developed in one and two storey townhouses that complement the heritage school building.
