Hayer Town Center is a mixed-use mid-rise development on a major arterial in the Latimer neighbourhood of Langley.  The project is comprised of 4 buildings, with a public “urban green” at its core.  Commercial and residential amenities front onto the urban green at ground level, with residential units overlooking the public space.
