This project is located on a major arterial in the Guildford neighbourhood of Surrey.  The project is comprised of two concrete towers (18 and 24 storeys), with residential amenities and gardens in the connecting podium.  The southern tower includes two storeys of commercial space on the arterial road, while the northern building is purely residential and steps down toward an existing residential neighbourhood.
