Walker House is comprised of a 29 storey market condo tower and a 5 storey wood-framed rental apartment in the Townline district of Delta.  The project is intended as a catalyst to transform an underutilized industrial area on a major north/south thoroughfare.  The project includes ground floor commercial and provides the City with a neighbourhood daycare space.
