This 5 storey residential development in downtown Langley replaces an outdated two storey apartment from the 1970’s.  The high water table required the parking structure to be constructed partly above grade.  This grade separation improves privacy for the ground floor units and enhances the two-storey townhouse treatment on the street-facing façade.
